Take a quick look at the DB's stunning yellow BR 182 Taurus. From Piko we received this special Action Model in H0 (1/87 scale) in 2 different variants.
The DC model is digitally prepared and can easily be digitalised with a Plux22 decoder.
The alternating current model is already fitted with a decoder at the factory and can therefore be immediately put into analogue or digital operation.
Both variants feature 3-light headlights, alternating with direction of travel, and NEM 362 coupler with bracket couplers.
Piko is a manufacturer of model trains and other toys and is based in Sonneberg, Thuringia. Since 1992, the name has been Piko Spielwaren GmbH and the company is the fourth largest manufacturer in the popular H0 format after Märklin, Fleischmann and Roco. Models have been supplied with the name Piko since 1952. This trade name is an abbreviation of the German words PIonier KOnstruktion.
Piko produces models in the scales G (1:22.5), H0 (1:87), TT (1:120) and N (1:160). For these scales, Piko offers a wide range of locomotives, wagons, rails and related accessories including many models based on Dutch models.
